Who You Are:
You are one of two types of people:
1. Can be a new to construction individual who has an eye for detail and a bit of a nerd brain for drawings. You may not have been in construction long, and definitely didn’t swing a hammer for 10 years, but you’re in the industry, and eager to learn. You notice the little things, are attentive to schedule, and great on a computer. You like procedures, and rules, but know when to bend. You get along with everyone, but know how to swing a hammer. You are a LEADER. You know you best. Are you a great future Superintendent who just needs training? Only ask is that you also invest in yourself, jump into learning drawings backwards and forwards, and are humble enough to always admit when you need help.
2. Someone who has been in the industry for quite some time, and knows all the tips and tricks. You may have swung a hammer, or installed drywall, or worked in 16 different trades, but you worked your way up. You know drawings backwards and forwards. You have been in charge of schedules, issued RFIs, the whole shebang. Only ask is that you also know how to bend, how to mold to the Proyecto way, and also know how to perform QC on anything from steel to tile.
